Refund Policy

Before we start work

You pay when you place your order. If you change your mind before we start work on your video, email us and we'll give you a full refund. That includes orders where you've paid but not uploaded photos yet, and orders whose photos we've received but not started on.

After we've started

Once work on your video has started, we don't offer refunds. Instead, you'll watch a watermarked preview and can ask for one round of changes before you approve it.

Your order is final once you approve your video and the full-quality download unlocks. If the download doesn't work, email us and we'll sort it out.
