Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Oasis Tours AI, a sole proprietorship based in Alpharetta, Georgia ("Oasis Tours AI", "we", "us"), for using oasistoursai.com.

The service

You order and pay for a video, then upload photos of a property. We use them to produce a walkthrough video, made with the help of AI tools. You watch a watermarked preview and approve it before downloading the full-quality video. Previews are usually ready within 2 business days of submitting your photos; this is a target, not a guarantee.

Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email address. Keep access to that inbox secure; anyone who can read it can sign in as you.

Your photos

You confirm that you own the photos you upload or have permission to use them, and that they don't infringe anyone else's rights. You give us permission to store and process your photos to produce your video.

Price and payment

Each video costs $150, paid when you place your order and before you upload photos. Payments are processed by Stripe. If you have several properties, we may quote a lower price per video; a quote applies only once we've confirmed it to you by email.

Previews, changes and approval

One round of changes is included: after watching your preview, email us with what you'd like changed and we'll send an updated preview. When you're happy, approve the video in your dashboard and the full-quality version becomes available to download. Approving the video completes your order.

Using your video

Once you've approved a video, you may use it to market your property anywhere: listing sites such as Airbnb and VRBO, social media, your own website and advertising. We may show your video as a sample of our work; if you'd rather we didn't, email us and we won't.

Videos are produced from your photos with AI tools and may not perfectly reflect the property. Review your video before using it in a listing; you're responsible for how you use it.

Storage

Photos are deleted 30 days after you upload them and videos 60 days after they're ready. Download your video soon after approving it.

Acceptable use

Don't upload content that is unlawful, that you don't have rights to, or that shows people who haven't agreed to appear. We may refuse or remove any order that breaks these terms.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
